Our January meeting will begin with a brief presentation summarizing the draft Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) which was prepared as part of Mayor Byron Brown’s Buffalo Green Code economic development initiative. The City Office of Strategic Planning has requested the assistance of Downtown Stakeholders in reviewing the draft UDO. This is a great opportunity to get informed and involved before the public comment period.  (Click here to view the “working group draft” Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) materials completed to-date.)

New Era completed a multimillion dollar renovation in 2012. The first and second floors were configured to add more space for approximately 90 new hires. The 4,900 sq ft café on the 3^rd floor was totally remodeled and the kitchen was upgraded. The 4,514 sq ft penthouse was transformed from an old mechanical space into a showroom for the new products of larger accounts.  It includes a conference space and the design team workstation.
