Wendel is offering the next class of Blueprint Reading!

After very positive feedback from "Blueprint Reading 101” held March 2020,  Wendel has developed another class to take a deeper dive into more specifics about blueprint plans as it relates to the property management world. The class will start with a quick recap of the basic knowledge of blueprints, followed by an in-depth focus on the Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical portion of drawing sets. We will walk through a set of As-Built drawings of a mult-level building that represents a similar construction type of what property managers may see.  We hope you and your colleagues will join BOMA and Wendel for lunch, education, and great, interactive discussion!
