Samuel Savarino founded Savarino Companies in 2001 and has been instrumental in leading the growth of the firm into one of Western New York’s leading construction, development and property management firms.

Prior to forming Savarino Companies, Mr. Savarino served as Chief Executive Officer of ADF Construction Corporation in Amherst, New York. Under his leadership, ADF grew from a small, family-owned construction firm into a large and esteemed full-service construction company that successfully completed many landmark projects throughout Western New York.

Mr. Savarino is also the primary owner and Managing Member of TSC Construction, a telecommunication infrastructure building headquartered in Binghamton, New York.

Samuel is a distinguished alumnus of the University at Buffalo, a graduate of the Leadership Buffalo Class of 1995 and is certified by the Construction Specifications Institute as a Construction Documents Technologist (CDT) and as a Certified Construction Contract Administrator (CCCA).

Mr. Savarino is well-known for his philanthropic efforts throughout Western New York, having served on numerous boards and received numerous awards.
