Categories include: Outstanding Building of the Year; Operations Person of the Year; Distinguished Service Award; Vendor of the Year.

The BOMA Office Standard is the de facto method of measurement for transacting commercial real estate in many American, Canadian, and international real estate markets. The main purpose of the BOMA Office Standard is to determine the Rentable Area of occupant spaces.
